Vajrasana Yogasana

This short video describes the Vajrasana : the Thunderbolt or Zen pose. (Vajra means Thunderbolt)

Benefits of The Asana:

  • Improves Digestion
  • Improves Pelvic Muscles
  • Good posture for meditation and centering
  • Brings awareness to posture
  • Benefits blood pressure patients

Cautions:

  • Can cause knee and ankle problems if persisted with in spite of a high degree of discomfort
  • If you suffer from Piles, do not practice this asana
