With our daily lives becoming more and more focused on the computer and the internet, we are spending more time than ever before sitting in front of the computer screen. This is when regular Yoga Exercises become important. Many of us who have a desk job, use computers for their work all day along in the office and even after coming back home, we need to spend some more time in front of the computer screen. All these hours sitting in a posture lead to many diseases of the back and the neck.
